Our Mission
Waterford Youth Services Bureau, in
partnership with parent and community resources, is committed to
ensuring that our youth have information and activities that promote
healthy social, emotional, and physical development.
We achieve this mission by providing
positive programming for youth, education, advocacy, counseling, and
support for families.
Who We Are
Youth Services Bureaus are
regulated by Connecticut State Statue 10-19m and are charged with
the provision of services and programs for all youth to develop
positively and to function as responsible members of their
communities.
Needs assessment, evaluation, and
collaboration and coordination serve to identify community needs and
to determine how these needs will be addressed.
